A growing fintech company is currently seeking a Workplace / Office Admin to join their dynamic team. The role involves key responsibilities in ensuring smooth office operations, reporting to the regional Office Manager, APAC.
The Role
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end office operations and facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, cleanliness, vendor management, space planning, office moves, printing, and courier services. The position plays a key role in enhancing employee experience and engagement by executing workplace wellness initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive culture aligned with company values, and organizing a monthly calendar of internal and external events. It also manages office-related invoicing and expense tracking, maintains and coordinates workplace technology and tools in collaboration with IT, and serves as the central point of contact for employee support on all office-related matters.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is hands-on and operationally driven, with a strong service mindset and the ability to support the wider team when needed. They possess excellent communication and organisational skills, can confidently present information to internal stakeholders or larger employee groups, and are able to work effectively under pressure with strong time management.
