Responsibilities:

• Assist in the documentation of new incorporations and fund establishments, and support ongoing maintenance of companies and funds.
• Manage board and investment committee meetings, including documentation of minutes and resolutions.
• Support account management with banks and brokerages, including account openings and responding to inquiries.
• Oversee IT service providers to implement security measures and maintain website functionality.
• Handle the purchasing and selling of real assets, keeping accurate inventory lists and valuations.
• Facilitate customer due diligence processes for new client onboarding and regular reviews, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML/CFT/SOW/SOF regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct internal compliance training and manage the training schedule for staff members.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fund Administration and Operations; relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance or Internal Audit is advantageous.

Job Summary

Manage safety and security operations to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel policies. Lead staff scheduling, incident reporting, emergency preparedness, and enforce safety standards to maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly staffing schedules and monitor staff attendance to optimize workforce planning and operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed hotel logbooks documenting incidents and complaints, and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly to build positive relationships and enhance guest experience
• Anticipate and proactively address guest safety needs during Singapore events to ensure a secure environment
• Monitor and control guest areas to maintain high safety and security standards
• Enforce ACCOR and hotel security policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure uniformity and guest safety
• Develop and prepare annual capital and operating budgets for the Safety & Security Department
• Identify, report, and ensure immediate rectification of potential and actual hazards to prevent risks
• Demonstrate full knowledge of hotel Emergency Procedures, Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures

Required competencies and certifications

The Senior Assistant Manager/Manager role focuses on detailed planning and facilitating the implementation of improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational performance and efficiency. The individual collaborates across departments to identify areas for improvement, develop strategic plans, and execute solutions that drive operational excellence.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A)       SPECIFIC

1. Analyse Processes: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
2. Project Management: Co-lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
3. KPI Monitoring: Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
4. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and impact of improvement projects to key stakeholders.
5. Supporting continuous improvement: Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health, operations staff and other support departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A)       EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

1. • Minimally hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
   • Minimum of 2 - 3 years in service industry/health-care related areas preferred.
   • Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel preferred.
   • Facilitation skills preferred.
   • Comfortable with uncertainty in work assignments.
   • Excellent written and analytical skills.
