Personal Financial Relationship Manager / Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ financial needs and provide tailored advice, solutions, and timely recommendations
• Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive suite of banking and investment products, including insurance, structured deposits, and unit trusts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
• Ensure all advisory activities are conducted with professionalism, accuracy, and in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Leverage multiple channels such as branch networks, tele-consulting, and referrals to achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the documentation of new incorporations and fund establishments, and support ongoing maintenance of companies and funds.
• Manage board and investment committee meetings, including documentation of minutes and resolutions.
• Support account management with banks and brokerages, including account openings and responding to inquiries.
• Oversee IT service providers to implement security measures and maintain website functionality.
• Handle the purchasing and selling of real assets, keeping accurate inventory lists and valuations.
• Facilitate customer due diligence processes for new client onboarding and regular reviews, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML/CFT/SOW/SOF regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct internal compliance training and manage the training schedule for staff members.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fund Administration and Operations; relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance or Internal Audit is advantageous.
• Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues.
