Job Summary

You will manage office operations, prepare financial documents, maintain accounting records, support HR functions, and assist management with correspondence to ensure smooth administrative and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
• Prepare, issue, and track invoices, credit notes, statements of account, and related financial documents accurately
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure financial accuracy
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational and financial matters promptly
• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documents to support sales and procurement activities
• Support HR functions by maintaining staff records, tracking leave, coordinating payroll, assisting recruitment, and managing onboarding documentation
• Assist management with drafting and organizing general correspondence, reports, and office documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit and banking requirements by preparing necessary documentation

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR support roles
• Good understanding of basic accounting processes and office administration
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER C&S (LTA project experience is a MUST)

Are you an experienced Senior Design Engineer looking to take on a pivotal role in major infrastructure developments? Join a dynamic team delivering complex LTA and civil infrastructure projects, where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping sustainable and future-ready urban environments.

Our client is a reputable leader in engineering and construction, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across transportation and civil sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and review engineering design deliverables in accordance with LTA standards, contract requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces (C&S, Geotechnical, Traffic, Utilities, Drainage, etc.)
• Prepare and manage design schedules, ensuring alignment with construction timelines
• Oversee design development from conceptual to detailed design stages
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes of practice, and LTA submission requirements
• Manage and coordinate submissions to LTA and other relevant authorities for approval
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities
• Identify and resolve design issues, discrepancies, and clashes through coordination meetings
• Support tender and procurement processes, including technical evaluations
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and design coordinators
• Ensure proper documentation control, drawing management, and revision tracking
• Monitor design progress, resources, and man-hours to maintain efficiency
• Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and design clarifications
• Ensure constructability, safety, and sustainability considerations are integrated into design

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects
• Mandatory experience in LTA projects (e.g., roads, MRT, tunnels, bridges, drainage, utilities)
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, LTA standards, and submission procedures
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM tools)
• Experience in design coordination and multidisciplinary interface management
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with BIM processes and digital design coordination tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

To provide administrative support to the Planning and Corporate Service Divisions in the following areas:

Asset Management

-           Systematic tracking of IT assets

Job Responsibilities

• Gather social and financial background information of residents and/or their families prior to the application of financial assistance schemes.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the referral and enquiries database and information system.
• Ensure timely submission of financial assistance applications such as Medifund, MFEC (Medical Fee Exemption Card), IDAPE (Interim Disability Assistance Programme for the Elderly), PGDAS (Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme), and others.
• Act as the main point of contact and liaison between residents, families, and healthcare institutions to coordinate referrals and process applications for potential residents.
• Ensure proper documentation of case files, referrals, and other relevant documents for effective case management and audit purposes.
• Perform data entry and regularly update information to maintain accuracy of databases.
• Handle administrative tasks including enquiries, referrals, and admissions.
• Facilitate residents’ transfers to other facilities or healthcare institutions, as well as coordinate discharge processes.
• Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• May required to be stationed in the office to handle incoming phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and other front-desk administrative duties as and when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in social service, community service, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Prior exposure to financial assistance schemes (e.g. Medifund, MFEC, IDAPE, PGDAS) will be an advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Community Services, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
• Comfortable liaising with residents, families, healthcare institutions, and external agencies.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills, with attention to detail for case files and audit purposes.
