Administrative Executive, Marketing & Communications (Contract / west)

We are hiring Administrative Executive, Marketing & Communications to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and curation of brand health reports, including data consolidation and coordination of reporting timelines.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns in alignment with approved strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate and support brand activations, including logistics arrangements, vendor management, and post-activation reporting.
• Assist in organising and delivering brand workshops, including preparation of materials, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
• Support management engagement initiatives and presentations through deck preparation, consolidation of inputs, and briefing coordination.
• Provide operational and administrative support for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Manage inventory and procurement administration, including stocktaking, corporate collateral management, purchase order preparation, invoice tracking, and documentation maintenance.
• Support other ad hoc marketing and communications activities as required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communications is an added advantage
• Prior exposure to branding, campaigns, or corporate communications is an added advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm or 9.00am – 6.30pm

About Us

Trinity Methodist Church is looking for a pro-active and highly teachable individual to join our administrative team. If you have a heart for serving the church community and a knack for digital communication, we want to hear from you!

The Role : As the Administrative Executive for Comms and Worship & Music (W&M), you will play a vital supportive role in executing our communications strategy and managing W&M administration. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication collaterals and online forms that engage both internal and external stakeholders and align with the church's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital & Social Media: Manage and update the church's website and social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Provide weekly updates to members via WhatsApp and Telegram, and schedule, edit, and publish livestreams.
• Worship & Music Coordination: Partner with the W&M teams to prepare service slides, collate materials for services, and manage schedules for service chairs and communion stewards. You will also liaise with speakers to secure sermon details and assist in reporting song usage to CCLI.
• Church-wide Communications: Edit, proofread, and publish the weekly e-bulletin. You will collaborate with the Communications Committee on publicity initiatives and coordinate the drafting, design, and distribution of Pastor’s Letters.
• Administrative Management: Create and manage registration e-forms (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms) for major church events. Maintain and update the church calendar and tiny URL links, compile local conference reports, and provide general administrative support as assigned.

SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER C&S (LTA project experience is a MUST)

Are you an experienced Senior Design Engineer looking to take on a pivotal role in major infrastructure developments? Join a dynamic team delivering complex LTA and civil infrastructure projects, where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping sustainable and future-ready urban environments.

Our client is a reputable leader in engineering and construction, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across transportation and civil sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and review engineering design deliverables in accordance with LTA standards, contract requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces (C&S, Geotechnical, Traffic, Utilities, Drainage, etc.)
• Prepare and manage design schedules, ensuring alignment with construction timelines
• Oversee design development from conceptual to detailed design stages
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes of practice, and LTA submission requirements
• Manage and coordinate submissions to LTA and other relevant authorities for approval
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities
• Identify and resolve design issues, discrepancies, and clashes through coordination meetings
• Support tender and procurement processes, including technical evaluations
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and design coordinators
• Ensure proper documentation control, drawing management, and revision tracking
• Monitor design progress, resources, and man-hours to maintain efficiency
• Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and design clarifications
• Ensure constructability, safety, and sustainability considerations are integrated into design

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects
• Mandatory experience in LTA projects (e.g., roads, MRT, tunnels, bridges, drainage, utilities)
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, LTA standards, and submission procedures
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM tools)
• Experience in design coordination and multidisciplinary interface management
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with BIM processes and digital design coordination tools is an advantage
