Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and fulfill maintenance requests and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple outlets and the central kitchen.
- Maintain service contracts and keep accurate documentation for all equipment.
- Generate maintenance schedules to ensure timely tasks are completed.
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating closely with finance on payments and related matters.
- Dispatch quality assurance supplies to various outlets.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma.
- Experience in central kitchen administrative is a must.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and follow-up abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
