【Job Responsibilities】

• Perform daily accounting operations through to monthly closing
• Handle bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
• Manage cash inflows/outflows, payments, and cash flow
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and improve operational quality

【Detailed Responsibilities】

• Daily accounting operations (journal entries, AR/AP, cash management)
• Bookkeeping using accounting systems (Xero)
• Monthly closing (trial balance, reconciliations, account analysis, reporting)
• Review of bookkeeping entries and validation of financial data
• Expense claims and payment processing (DBS / Wise online banking)
• Cash flow management, fund planning, and foreign exchange execution
• Improvement and standardization of operational workflows
• Other accounting-related tasks

【Requirements】

• Business-level English
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Understanding of monthly closing processes (equivalent to bookkeeping level 3 knowledge)
• Willingness to perform hands-on accounting tasks (data entry, bookkeeping)
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience using accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to identify issues and propose improvements

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Prior work experience in a Japanese company is preferred
• Experience using accounting software in Singapore (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.)
• High IT literacy
• Experience reviewing accounting entries and financial reports
• Experience in process improvement and efficiency enhancement
• Experience in audit support

・日常経理業務から月次決算までの一連の業務

・記帳業務を含む経理業務全般

業務連絡にはチャットツール(Slack)を使用しております。

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・日常経理業務（仕訳計上、債権債務管理、入出金管理）

・会計システム（Xero）を用いた記帳業務

・月次決算業務（試算表作成、残高照合、勘定科目の精査、月次レポート作成）

・記帳内容の確認および数値の妥当性検証 ・経費精算および支払業務 (DBS/wiseのオンラインバンキング利用) ・キャッシュフロー管理/資金繰り対応、外貨両替案の作成と実行

・業務フローの整備・改善（効率化・標準化）

・その他、経理財務業務全般

【必須条件】

・英語Businessレベル　

・経理実務経験 (目安: 2年)

・仕訳入力だけでなく、月次決算までの流れを理解している方 (簿記3級程度の会計知識)

・手を動かす実務（記帳・入力業務）に抵抗がない方

・Excel／Googleスプレッドシートを用いた業務経験

・会計ソフトの使用経験

・細部まで注意を払える、正確かつ丁寧に業務を遂行できる方

・柔軟に業務対応できる方

・当事者意識を持ち主体的に必要業務を推進できる方

・対人コミュニケーション能力の高い方

・業務課題に対して自ら考え、提案ができる方
