Key Roles and Responsibility:

• Provide admin support to operation and HR field.
• Assist in AR/AP and keep track Project P&L
• Handling phone calls, WA and email correspondence by providing first level of customer and business supports.
• Co-ordinate and oversee the daily office operations within the organization.
• Prepare Excel/Word reports and documents
• Generating receipt, Invoice and etc.
• Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, maintain and tracking of data and documents
• Maintain office enviroment

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Administrations, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Familiar with Accounting/HR software
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR, Administrations Field
• Prior experience working in in Interior design, Construction and Renovation industry is added advantage
• Computer literacy in MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Fluent in two language is ideal.

As a Key Account Executive, you’ll take on a dynamic and engaging role- meeting clients and building strong, long-term relationships.

Here’s what your typical day looks like:-

• Make Appointments & Arrange Sales Visits
  Schedule meetings and site visits your clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant products.

• Drive Business Relationships
  Build trust and rapport with key accounts by offering tailored solutions, staying in touch regularly, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

• Support New Product Launches
  Act as a key point of contact during launches—introducing new products to clients, sharing technical knowledge, and managing sample requests.

• Facilitate Strategic Rollouts
  Be the bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth implementation of marketing or sales campaigns across your accounts.

• Plan Customised Promotions
  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions tailored to the specific goals and needs of each account.

• Deliver After-Sales Service
  Provide prompt support post-sale, from technical clarification to feedback collection, reinforcing your reliability and client satisfaction.

• Work with the finance team to ensure smooth account administration.

Who we’re looking for

· **Class 3 / 3A license and access to a vehicle preferred as the role involves client visits.

· A bubbly and motivated individual

· Experienced in engaging customers and managing relationships

· Sales experience is a plus; industry experience welcomed but not required

· Training will be provided on our materials and industry. Candidates from other industries are welcome.
