Responsibilities

• Manage end-to end audit cycle for multiple audit assignments, including outsourced auditors for complex audit projects.

The Department of Architecture invites applications for up to four Tenure Track positions in Landscape Architecture.  

The Department of Architecture in the College of Design and Engineering is ranked among the top 10 in the world, and Asia’s best in Architecture/Built Environment, by the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (2023). It offers the professionally accredited Master of Architecture programme as well as a range of graduate and undergraduate programmes in related fields such as urban planning/design, landscape architecture and conservation. Qualifications

Additional preferred qualifications include experience in professional practice or membership with professional bodies.

Job Summary

Oversee and lead audit engagements by managing audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting to deliver accurate findings and actionable recommendations that support management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning activities to design effective audit strategies aligned with firm methodology and client requirements
• Manage and supervise audit fieldwork to ensure thorough examination of financial records and compliance with auditing standards
• Review audit work papers prepared by audit staff to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm audit methodology
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports that communicate findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making
• Supervise daily activities of audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and timely completion of audit tasks
• Develop audit staff by coaching and mentoring to enhance their technical skills and professional growth

Key Responsibilities

• Establish an independent, externally funded research program in immunology with an emphasis on translational approaches.
• Conduct cutting-edge research that contributes to ITRP’s goals, including vaccine development, antimicrobial resistance, pathogen-host interactions, anti-tumor immunity, immune ageing, and public health interventions.

Qualifications

Essential:

• PhD, MD, or equivalent, with at least three years of postdoctoral experience in microbiology, immunology, epidemiology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of research excellence as evidenced by first author original high impact publications.
• Strong potential to secure competitive external funding.
• Expertise in translational research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in teaching and curriculum development at the graduate level.
• Experience in mentoring and supervising research trainees.
• Research experience in neutrophil biology, microbial infection, and sepsis.
• Familiarity with regulatory and ethical requirements for translational research.

• Project raw materials purchases, handling of in and out of raw materials and finished products, prepare Delivery Order, Invoices and Quotation. Prepare quotation with the understanding of cost and profit of goods.
