JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Responsibilities :-

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings to gather insights and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
• Solution Design Support: Work with technical teams to evaluate solution options and ensure proposed designs meet business objectives
• API Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed API documentation to support integration and development efforts
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases, coordinating testing activities, and validating that solutions meet requirements
• Data Analysis: Leverage SQL to extract, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making and validate requirements
• Change Management: Assist in managing requirement changes and assessing their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery

• Technical Foundation: Strong foundational knowledge in Java (no need coding) and SQL
• API Expertise: Experience in utilizing and developing API documentation
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Analytical Thinking: Strong aptitude for grasping complex ideas and translating them into practical solutions
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and propose effective solutions

       Beneficial Skills :-

• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks
• API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing tools and methodologies

      Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related role

About the job

The incumbent will operate in alean team structure and is expected to perform full hands-on operational finance work for managing day-to-day accounting activities.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will support financial reporting and compliance while ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare journal entries and postings
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist with GST filing
• Assist in verifying staff claims for reimbursement
• Provide support for year-end group audit processes
• Assist in handling HR and payroll process
• Other Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of full set accounting experience
• Prior experience in the construction or EPC industry preferred
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent and a self-starter
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work on short notice
