Job Responsibility:
Prepare and manage financial and business reports in Chinese (中国报表), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
Reconcile financial statements.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, Unleashed & Xero & Zoho Accounting software would be an added advantage.
Prepare payment through Internet banking.
Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
Year-end audit preparation.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
