Logistics and Delivery Coordination
·      Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for devices, equipment, accessories, and materials.
·      Arrange local and overseas deliveries, courier services, and transport schedules to meet project and operational timelines.
·      Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure smooth movement of goods.
·      Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly
Inventory and Warehouse Management
·      Maintain accurate inventory records for all operational stock, devices, spare parts, consumables, and accessories.
·      Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
·      Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
·      Ensure proper storage, labelling, tracking, and handling of all inventory items.
·      Support the implementation of inventory control processes to minimize losses and wastage.
Operational Support
·      Support business units and project teams by ensuring timely issuance and delivery of equipment and materials.
·      Coordinate device preparation, packing, allocation, and deployment readiness for projects and service operations.
·      Work closely with operations, engineering, procurement, project, and service teams to support daily operational requirements.
·      Ensure logistics readiness for field deployment, maintenance, replacement, and return processes.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination
·      Follow up on purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and outstanding items.
·      Support evaluation of vendor performance in terms of delivery timeliness, quality, and responsiveness.
·      Assist in sourcing logistics-related services and obtaining quotations where required.
Documentation and Compliance
·      Maintain proper logistics and inventory documentation, including delivery orders, goods received notes, stock issuance records, and shipment documents.
·      Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for audit and operational traceability purposes.
·      Support compliance with internal controls, company procedures, and regulatory requirements related to logistics and storage.
·      Prepare periodic logistics and inventory reports for management review.
Process Improvement
·      Identify and recommend improvements to logistics workflows, inventory control, and operational coordination processes.
·      Support initiatives to improve efficiency, cost control, turnaround time, and service quality.
·      Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, and best practices for logistics operations.
Requirement:
• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
