About this opportunity 

As an iTero Logistics Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the movement, storage, and tracking of iTero scanners and related materials from the Singapore regional center to customers and distribution points across the APAC region. ·       Coordinate spare parts planning, storage, and distribution to customers, field personnel, and internal teams.

·       Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.

In this role, you’ll need … 

·      Minimum NITEC or higher NITEC qualifications

·      At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

·      Proficient experience with Office tools, mainly excel

·      Teamwork oriented a must

Specific Responsibilities:

• Hunting Role.
• To make the quotation, SOP and Operation T&C.
• Prepare RFQ, Tender Bid, reviewing rates etc.
• Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing new revenue streams from existing accounts.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration and Management or in a discipline related to Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of Sales Experiences in Logistics vertical or Freight Forwarding, though entry level candidates may also apply.
• Acute sense of hunting and developing new sales opportunities.
• Possess excellent communication skills in order to convey distribution services information clearly to both potential and existing customers.
• Ability to understand customers’ expectations and make value proposition to customers.
• Good proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is needed in order to make proposal for target client.
• Independent and good motivation for Sales.
• Good in Sales Pitch and Negtiation Skills for new business.• Excellent Customer Service & Team Player.
