Conduct site assessments when required to facilitate smooth event execution.

Team Leadership & Development

Supervise logistics coordinators, drivers, logistics assistants, and setup crews.

Prepare work schedules and manpower deployment plans.

Conduct staff training on operational procedures, customer service, food safety, and workplace safety.

Monitor staff performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company SOPs during transportation and handling of food products.

Monitor food holding temperatures and transportation practices to maintain food quality and safety.

Inventory & Asset Management

Oversee the movement, storage, and accountability of catering equipment and logistics assets.

Minimize losses, damages, and operational wastage.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare operational reports, delivery performance reports, and KPI analyses.

Position Summary

The Import & Export Logistics Manager is responsible for leading logistics team to oversee end-to-end international logistics operations, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, efficient shipment execution, cost optimization, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure all shipments are properly packaged, labelled, and dispatched in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with warehouse and other related functional teams to ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of goods.

• Monitor shipment status from origin to final delivery, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, production, procurement, finance, warehouse, Quality, EHS and other functional teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, and other logistics vendors.

• Evaluate vendor performance and service quality to support continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Annual budgeting, Cost Control & Logistics Analysis

• Support logistics budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting activities to ensure effective cost control and support business planning.

• Review and manage freight costs, packaging costs, and overall logistics-related expenses.

• Monitor logistics spending, perform cost tracking and analysis, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

6. Audit, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support customs audits, GST submissions, and compliance requirements.

7. Process Development, KPI Management & Continuous Improvement

• Drive the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service quality.

• Establish, monitor, and optimize logistics KPIs to improve operational performance, cost efficiency, delivery reliability, and compliance standards.

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive improvement initiatives.

• Lead or support system enhancement, digitalization, and automation projects to improve operational accuracy, productivity, and reporting capabilities.

8. Leadership & Project Support

• Lead and support logistics team development through performance management, capability building, succession planning, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Lead and support logistics-related projects, system enhancements, and process transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• 6 – 8+ years of practical experience in import/export logistics, customs compliance, or international freight operations, including 2–3 years in a managerial role leading a team of no fewer than 5 members.

• Cold chain experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HS code classification, TradeNet / CrimsonLogic, GST, and international freight operations.

Purpose

This role is responsible for planning and implementing warehouse secondary processes. He/she is also responsible to meet daily objectives and ensure quality service delivery. Being meticulous and focused, he/she works closely with operation team, customer service team, vendors and contractors to deliver results.

Critical Work Functions & Key Tasks

Warehouse Operations

* Manage planning methods and warehouse storage plan

* Communicate information for order initiation, to receiving, handling, distribution and storage

* Execute operational plans in accordance to warehousing standards, policies and procedures

* Maintain quality standards (e.g. 5S+1, customer requirements, etc.)

* Execute resource plans within business activities (e.g. equipment, manpower, etc.)

* Coordinate resolution of facilities, equipment, infrastructure and systems breakdown to minimize downtime

* Manage teams at work (e.g. overtime, resource planning, performance management, misconducts, on/off-boarding, etc.)

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Part-Time Logistics Handler to support our daily meal delivery operations. You'll be the person making sure every tingkat leaves our kitchen on time, reaches the right doorstep, and keeps our customers coming back — day in, day out.

What You'll Do

• Plan and optimise daily delivery routes across Singapore
• Coordinate with delivery riders/drivers and kitchen staff to ensure on-time dispatch
• Track deliveries in real time, handle rerouting, and resolve on-the-ground issues
• Maintain accurate delivery records and customer address data
• Liaise with customers on delivery changes, feedback, and special requests
• Conduct quality checks on packaging and outgoing orders
• Contribute ideas to improve our logistics processes as we grow

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in logistics, delivery operations, or F&B coordination preferred
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and route-planning apps
• Able to work flexibly around peak meal hours (lunch and dinner windows)
• Good communication in English; Mandarin or dialect a plus for customer interactions
