Job Description:
· To perform day to day warehouse activities and ensure proper and timely execution according to procedures
· Prepare full set of import and export documents. (Invoice, packing list, COO, B/L, insurance, L/Cs and etc).
· Source and negotiate of freight rates with shipping agents, forwarders and 3PL.
· Carry out shipment booking and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery to customers.
· Perform Custom permits declarations for import/export shipment,
· Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parities to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
· Handling of customers’ enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Control, update and maintain records for all stocks inventory and the movement of inbound/outbound cargos
· Assist to conduct cycle count and stock check in order to ensure 100% accuracy
· Ensure efficient use of warehouse space, manpower and equipment
· Ensure good house-keeping and cleanliness within the warehouse
· Supervise and review the operations activities and ensure compliance with SOP and customers’ requirement
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm ,Sat 8:30am-12:30pm(every Sat is WFH)

Key Responsibilities
1. Attend to customer enquiries and ensure accurate capture of job requirements for all orders.
2. Maintain good working relationship with customers.
3. Advise customers on delivery schedules and inventory-related matters.
4. Communicate customer requirements to the Traffic Controller to ensure smooth job execution.
5. Create trucking jobs and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
6. Source potential hauliers to facilitate the efficient reuse of import containers.
7. Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and any delays.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Act as a contact person between the customer and the Company to ensure all parties understand the requirements and adhere to established timelines

· Provide customer service for the overall Order Fulfilment from Order creation until Order closure

· Monitor the Order progress of the Inbound activities with the Warehouse and Transportation Operations Teams and advise customer when required

Requirements:

5.5 Days Work Week :
