ABOUT THE ROLE
The Logistics Supervisor isresponsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and well-packaged delivery offinished goods to our customers. Working at the intersection of production,warehousing, and delivery, you will play a critical role in maintaining smoothdaily operations — particularly given our lean warehousing footprint, where thespeed and efficiency of outbound logistics directly impacts production flow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery management
•      Plan and oversee alloutbound deliveries to ensure goods reach customers on time and in full.
•      Coordinate daily deliveryschedules, assigning loads to lorries and trucks based on customer location,order urgency, and vehicle capacity.
•      Optimise delivery routesand consolidate shipments to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise costs.
•      Monitor deliveryperformance and follow up promptly on any delays, exceptions, or customercomplaints.
Final packing & orderaccuracy
•      Supervise the final packingprocess to ensure all outgoing orders are correctly packed, labelled, andprotected for transit.
•      Implement and enforcepacking standards and quality checks before goods are loaded onto vehicles.
•      Investigate and resolvepacking-related complaints or discrepancies.
Warehouse & inventorycoordination
•      Work closely with thefinished goods store team to manage stock flow and prioritise outboundclearance, ensuring the warehouse does not become a bottleneck for production.
•      Coordinate with theproduction team on daily output volumes and delivery timelines to aligndispatch planning.
•      Maintain accurate recordsof goods despatched, stock holding, and pending deliveries.
Fleet & team management
•      Supervise drivers andlogistics assistants, managing work schedules, attendance, and day-to-dayperformance.
•      Ensure vehicles areroadworthy, serviced on schedule, and compliant with transport regulations.
•      Identify processimprovements to increase logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & experience
•      Minimum 3 years in alogistics, warehousing, or dispatch supervisory role.
•      Experience in amanufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
•      Diploma or equivalent inlogistics, supply chain, or a related field.
•      Valid Class 3 drivinglicence preferred.
Skills & attributes
•      Strong planning andorganisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
•      Able to work under pressurein a fast-paced operational environment.
•      Good communication skillsand team leadership capability.
•      Proficient in basiccomputer tools (Excel, WMS, or equivalent).
•      Meticulous and hands-onapproach to work.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is an on-site role based atour Singapore factory. The role involves regular movement between thewarehouse, production floor, and loading bay. Shift work or early starts may berequired to meet delivery schedules.
