WORKENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Base: Office-based position with frequent off-site travel to shipyards, fabrication shops, and customer offices.
• Environment: Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and communication tools.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to walk short to moderate distances during shipyard visits and safely navigate industrial site environments (wearing appropriate PPE).

Our client is a Global MNC in the Logistics and Freight forwarding industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in East.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-up on business needs.
• Conduct sales activities including client visits, presentations, service proposals, and solution demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and service packages while ensuring competitive and commercially viable terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, and sales reports, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in related discipline

• With at least 3 years of relevant experiences in the freight forwarding industry

• Demonstrate aptitudes and skills of speaking, and written communication
