Site Engineer reports to Site Manager and is responsible forthe below:

• Support the creation of detailed construction plan,contributing to the sequencing and methodology discussion.

• Drive site work ensuring productivity, safety and qualitygoals are achieved.

• Prepare construction equipment loading chart and assist inits updates as necessary.

• Understand Project Safety Requirements, together with HSECoordinator/Officer and inputs from SM to prepare RA after taking dueconsideration for safety, constructability & productivity

• Prepare, update and revise Detailed MTO (MaterialTake-Off) based on actual site measurements of latest IFC drawings.

• Evaluate and plan the scaffolding needs for new as well asmodification based on evolving site needs

• Prepare Level 5 micro-schedule to enable 02 Wk 4Mlook-ahead

• Prepare and update Regular Site reports and ProjectForecast.

• Attend daily toolbox meeting and support Pre-task talk bySupervisor to disseminate work plan for the day

• Coordinate work sequence with other trade partnersengineers especially those predecent, concurrent and subsequent trade partnersto minimise clashes and ensure continuous workfront

• Coordinate with Procurement for material delivery schedulebased on 4M micro schedule

• Drive the closure of punch lists and the completion ofnecessary documentation, ensuring that items are resolved in a timely manner.

• Support Supervisor to conduct pneumatic testing and traceleaks and conduct leak

repairs, hydrotest followed by flushing and passivation

• Oversee the completion of reinstatement works and ensurethat any remaining punch

list items are cleared, leading to project closure.

Monitor and adhere to work schedule, work progress and project costing

make recommendation for effective project management Monitor materials delivery and usage

Working together with the safety team to ensure overall site safety

To assist the project engineer, general contractors and the rest of the team for the execution of contracts progress

To coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule

To assist Project Engineer on all other project administrative matters.

Proficient in Rebar casting and Steel Structures Make sure projects meet authorities requirements.

Prepare day to day report on work progress and update the management

Job Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.

Possess relevant safety certificates

Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.

Willing to travel & based at the project site if necessary Able to work long hours, night works, overtime and Sunday work if required

Engineers design, build, test, and maintain systems, structures, and machines using scientific and mathematical principles
