Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications, systems, or platforms that meet business and user needs.

Responsibilities:

·  Perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.

·  Take a lead role in the design, implementation,deployment and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com tool set.

·  Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of complex environments.

·  Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects.

•Own capacity planning and sizing for OpenShift clusters, including OCP pods, Oracle databases, Redis caches, Dell ECS storage, Elastic DB, Postgres, Redhat, Ubuntu (optional) and related infrastructure components

•Design and operationalize Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure for Gen AI platforms, ensuring high availability and resilience
