Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for insurance CRM systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Support and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, including data issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports.

Job Summary

Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving desktop, laptop, printer, and email issues. Manage Windows OS versions, MS Office applications, network connectivity, and hardware diagnostics to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level technical support to resolve desktop client and hardware issues promptly
• Troubleshoot and repair laptop and printer problems to minimize user downtime

Provide frontline end-user support across devices, core productivity tools, and basic connectivity issues. Deliver fast resolution for common incidents/requests, execute onboarding/offboarding SOPs, and ensure clean ticket documentation and escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 remote helpdesk tickets: password resets, access issues, device setup, basic application issues, and user how-to requests.

• Support end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers) including basic diagnostics and peripheral checks. • Perform basic operating system support (Windows and macOS) and standard software installation/configuration (e.g., Microsoft Office).

We are looking for a Operations and (SAP) Process Analyst in Singapore Finished Goods Operations team who will manage and oversee Finished Goods operations within a third-party logistics provider (3PL) warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, ensuring the department and business critical metrics are delivered and met. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
