Job Summary

You will independently lead water and wastewater projects, managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables while collaborating with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects independently by managing budgets, planning, schedules, and deliverables to achieve project objectives
• Coordinate effectively with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project implementation and timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with Project Manager and BIM Designer to review, update, and submit drawings promptly for approval
• Prepare detailed method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and technical submissions to support project execution and compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, quality standards, safety, and health practices, and address any arising issues
• Participate in plant testing and commissioning activities on site to ensure operational readiness and performance
• Systematically manage engineering and project documentation to maintain accuracy and accessibility
• Certify completed jobs and prepare progress claims to facilitate project financial tracking
• Provide technical support during tender preparation to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness
• Collaborate with the Operation Department to support ISO audit processes and maintain certification standards
• Lead and motivate the project team to comply with safety regulations and promote a zero-accident workplace culture
• Execute other ad-hoc assignments as required to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
• Proficiency with AutoCAD to produce and review technical drawings accurately
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in water treatment or related industry to effectively manage project scope and challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across all workforce level
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player

Job Responsibilities

• Reports to Project Manager.
• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project for senior role.
• Minimum 2 complete cycle (piling to roof) for HDB projects.
• Experience in architectural works will be an advantage.
• Technical competence.
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and good team player.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site L1/L2 support for all end-user hardware, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, MFDs, and VC equipment.

Support all specified software, including:

• Microsoft Windows OS and M365 (Office, Teams, Teams Voice).
• Specialized CAD/Engineering applications (Autodesk, Bentley, etc.).
• Standard browsers and web-based business applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents (hardware, software, connectivity) with a strong focus on achieving the 80% FCR target.

Fulfill service requests (e.g., new user setup, software installation, hardware moves) accurately and efficiently.

Meticulously log all incidents and requests in the ITSM tool (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus), ensuring all actions are tracked to meet P1/P2/P3 SLAs.

Perform automated software/patch deployment tasks as directed (via ManageEngine Endpoint Central).

Collaborate with the L2 Network/Security/Server teams for escalations.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

Proven experience in a hands-on desktop/EUC support role.

Strong customer service skills.

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (including Teams Voice).

Experience supporting specialized software, preferably CAD/Engineering applications (Autodesk, Bentley).

Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus).

Familiarity with remote support tools and endpoint management software.

Microsoft 365/Modern Desktop certifications (e.g., MD-102), ITIL Foundation preferred.
