Key Responsibilities

• Perform R&D work related with powder forming technologies, such as powder compaction, slurry casting, injection moulding, extrusion, and additive manufacturing.
• Design experiments and optimize heat treatment processes for powder-formed parts, to achieve reliable debinding, sintering and densification.
• Implement advanced material analysis methods (SEM, EDX, XRD, mechanical testing, etc) for microstructure and property characterization.
• Design and develop innovative materials and process for new powder forming technologies and emerging applications.
• Prepare technical reports, presentation slides, publications, and patents to disseminate R&D findings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with industry partners and academic institutions for joint research projects.
• Support in the process equipment set-up, laboratory operations, and inventory management.
• Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in laboratory and pilot-scale operations.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor (Masters and above preferred) in Material Science and Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in metal and/or ceramic forming related work.
• Strong expertise in powder forming processes (compaction/injection moulding/slurry casting, etc) and heat treatment (like sintering) techniques.
• Excellent hands-on skills on powder forming processes and characterizations (metallurgical samples preparation, microscopy, mechanical testing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with CAD tools, e.g., SolidWorks.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools in manufacturing.
• Proactive team player to solve problems via collaborations.
• Project management experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to learn new skills willingly and quickly.
• Experience with computational modelling of powder forming and sintering.

Responsibilities (SRE Operations Engineer)

High Availability and Stability Maintenance of Application Systems:

• Includes daily monitoring, alert response, emergency handling, on-call duties, regular system health checks, and performance optimization.

Compliance and Secure Access Construction for Application Systems:

• Ensure operational design, processes, and data management comply with relevant privacy and data protection laws.
• Ensure compliance with full auditing and regulatory checks and provide auditing materials as required.

Change and Release Management:

• Best practices for application system changes, including change control, version management, and rollback strategies, while ensuring operational duties during release windows.

Automation and Infrastructure Optimization:

• Drive operational automation by designing and implementing automated tools and processes, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and supporting business scalability.

Other Operational Practices and Work Arrangements:

• Providefeedback and suggestions for business architecture design and continuously produce operational technical documentation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above; a degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in cloud services products and application operations.
3. Familiar with cloud platform deployment and management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
4. Experience with automation operations and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Familiarity with CI / CD processes and tools (e.g Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the departments’ managers on machines, customers and staffs issues.
• Arrange for the opening of work order to execute jobs request.
• Control and monitor work progress.
• Raise local purpose order to cover outside work transactions.
• Provide after sales support with customers and internal departments.
• Mobilize pool of servicemen for optimum utilization.
• Arrange and organize works to sub-contractors.
• Assist in trouble-shooting problems as and when required.
• Close work orders and invoice to customer as soon as possible.
• Provide technical support for all the products line.
• Supervise and guide staff on warranty SIM REPORTS.
• Other ad hic duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering course with minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
