About The Role   

As a Bid Estimator at AVTEL, you will be at the forefront of our project bidding process, playing a crucial role in securing high-value and complex bids. Key Responsibilities  

• Site Surveys: Conduct comprehensive site surveys to gather detailed information and expand client briefs, enabling the creation of accurate and compelling bids.

Who we are looking for   

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional with a strong background in bid estimation, technical design, or pre-sales—ideally within the security, construction, or ICT sectors. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of relevant experience with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional bids. Skills & Experience Required

OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Security Engineer / Architect to help secure our systems, data, and funds across our infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with IT, Infra, R&D, Web3, Product, and business teams to design practical security controls, lead security projects end-to-end, run offensive security exercises, and support ongoing security initiatives. This is a role for someone who is comfortable going from high-level architecture to very concrete implementation details and automation.

Responsibilities

Core Security Engineering

• Salary Range: $2,300 - $3,000 
• Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
The Service Engineer is responsible for attending to equipment faults at customer premises, performing periodic maintenance, and ensuring timely completion of all site installation or rectification work. The role requires close coordination with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer site visits for troubleshooting and rectification of equipment faults.
• Liaise with customers and subcontractors regarding add-on project activities.
• Monitor progress of work to ensure schedule and quality standards are met.
• Ensure timely delivery of all materials and equipment for site installation or maintenance.
• Carry out periodic maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Prepare and maintain records of maintenance and service activities.
• Participate in standby duty roster as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
