Responsibilities:

• To supervise the timely execution of Electrical works, maintain quality control and ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.
• To check quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report for materials not conforming to the specifications.
• To monitor and report on contractor's performance, progress against planned schedule and provide weekly progress reports.
• To prepare, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified.
• To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Control and Instrumentation team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance work on instrumentation and control systems in the power plant effectively, efficiently, and to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair and rectification of equipment failure and malfunction. Test and recommissioning of rectified system or equipment
• Carry out the overhaul, inspection, calibration, servicing program during plant scheduled outage.
• Implement modification, upgrading, and installation plans for plant system and equipment for enhancement, availability, and reliability improvement.

Job Summary

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for managing supplier quality performance to ensure materials and services supplied meet the Company's quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

Supplier Quality Management

• Monitor and manage supplier quality performance through established KPIs, scorecards, and performance reviews.

Quality Issue Resolution

• Participate in internal, supplier, and customer audits as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and supplier qualification activities to ensure supplier readiness and product quality requirements are met.
• Provide supplier quality performance updates and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management within the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.

What you will do:

As Customer Excellence & Quality manager, you will be assigned directly to one or more major customers/ dealers to ensure their requirements are fully understood and translated to JCI’s design and operations processes.
