Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation and basic technical training for Workplace Infrastructure (WPI) products – Medical Pendants, Lights & Gas Management Solutions (GMS)

• Carry out warranty, corrective repairs and preventive maintenance visits
• Execute upgrades and Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) based on factory instructions
• Support Sales & Marketing during congresses, exhibitions, demos and workshops
• Escalate quality issues and market feedback to Service Management
• Ensure high level of customer satisfactionMonitor and complete monthly maintenance tasks and required documentationMaintain accurate service reports, data entry and hours tracking (SOPP compliance)
• Support service contract development and implementation
• Assist in achieving Service department revenue targets
• Comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Service Manager

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in engineering
• Has prior experience in after sales support in medical industry, or Workplace Infrastructure related sector. Etc: Pendants & Surgical Lights or Medical gas or Industrial refrigeration system, installation of hospital compressors or related products.
