We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This role will support full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, operations, training, compliance, and employee engagement.

• Support HR compliance with Singapore's Employment Act, MOM regulations, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices etc.

• Ensure proper documentation and secure filing for all HR records.

• Support audit readiness for internal and external HR compliance reviews.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Assist in organising employee engagement activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

• Support staff welfare initiatives aligned with Japanese corporate culture (e.g., team bonding, annual events).

• Coordinate with relevant departments on employee communication and feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirement

1. Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

2. Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (for Executive Level) or 5+ years (for Senior Executive Level).

• Shipping, logistics, or maritime-related industry experience.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Cybersecurity
• Position Title: HR Executive (Regional – HRIS Focus)
• Working Location: Bedok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus
• Duration: 1-year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of HRIS systems
• Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including automating workflows (e.g. onboarding, leave, claims, performance management)
• Review and improve existing HR processes, and identify opportunities for automation
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth system rollout and integration
• Ensure data accuracy, proper system controls, and clear documentation
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and basic analysis to support decision-making
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance HR efficiency
• Prepare HR reports, track data, and provide general HR/Admin support as needed
• Support HR process improvement initiatives
• Assist with organisational changes and integration activities
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and company events (e.g. team bonding, townhalls, celebrations)

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including exposure to HRIS, digital HR projects, and process improvement or automation initiatives
• Experience in payroll processing, working with payroll vendors, and handling claims, grants, or HR-related submissions
• Familiarity with employment practices in Singapore, Malaysia, or Hong Kong, with exposure to multi-country HR operations being a plus
• Experience using HR systems with advanced or automated features, including HR process improvement or workflow automation, is an advantage
• Experience in ESG or HR data reporting is an added advantage
