Social Media Marketing Executive

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ideate/strategise social media campaigns
• Execute videography and/or video storyboarding, strategising, execution, post-production
• Post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, XHS, etc
• Use Ad Manager or other tools to schedule, manage and target audiences
• Monitor, optimise, analyse, report to clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business
• Experience in videography and/or video storyboarding, strategising, execution, post-production; your works should be seen online in TikTok, IG, FB, XHS, YT etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections across offshore islands, including St John's Island, Sisters' Islands (Seringat Island), Lazarus Island, Kusu Island, and Pulau Hantu (Hantu Besar & Hantu Kechil)
• Carry out lodge check-in and check-out processes at St John's Island, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for guests
• Monitor site conditions and report maintenance or operational issues
• Support general island operations and ensure facilities are well-maintained

• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to offshore islands
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to handle administrative tasks and basic reporting

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring requirements
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
