Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

The primary role of a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) at an HDB Building Service Centre (BSC) is to serve as the main point of contact for residents regarding project-related matters, primarily housing defects and resident feedback. Position: Assistant Executive, AP (Temp)

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare aging, deposit, advance payment and GRIR schedules, and follow up on unresolved open items.
• Obtain Statement of Accounts from suppliers and prepare creditors’ reconciliation statements for vendors.
• Extract data from accounts payable systems, including SAP, invoice databases and supplier portals, to perform reconciliation against vendor statements.
• Follow up actively on reconciling items, including obtaining certified true copy invoices where required, and provide invoice payment status updates.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Build and own pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting across cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking and ecosystem partnerships to consistently exceed sales goals.
