Responsibilities

AI Research

• Implement monitoring and feedback loops to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant execution of agentic AI workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align agent behavior with business processes, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of overall software/AI development experience, with at least 1–2 years in Generative AI/LLMs
• Good knowledge of AI concepts and understanding of general use cases.
• Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Custom GPT development.
• Exposure to AI Agent development or related frameworks is a strong plus.
• Experience with software development and testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, etc).
