Responsibilities:

• Facility Operations: Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, including M&E systems, HVAC, fire protection, lifts, utilities, cleaning, and grounds. Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in facilities operations, building services, workplace support, or vendor coordination. Exposure to outsourced services and maintenance coordination is an advantage.

• Education & Certification: Diploma (or higher) in Facilities Management, Building Services/Engineering, or related field. Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is mandatory.
