Tenancy Checks and Processes duties such as:

• Conducting checks on personal operations, articles of sale, encroachment or obstruction beyond licensed premises, additions and alterations, registration of stall assistants, maintenance of stalls, and display of food prices
• Processing tenancy applications, transfers, assignments, joint operators, and ex-gratia applications
• Processing rental waivers and other tenancy-related administrative matters

Feedback and Appeals Management,and Other Policies and Programmes duties such as:

• Managing feedback from the public professionally to ensure that feedback is addressed and resolved promptly in accordance with company's service standards
• Handling iCare cases and appeals
• Ensuring stallholder compliance with new policies and programmes, such as the Productive Hawker Centre (PHC) programme and the Incubation Stall Programme (ISP)
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Scope:

• Programme Administration & Coordination: Support day-to-day administrative operations for the LeXprogramme across planning, training, overseas trips, and post-programmeactivities. Maintain trackers, schedules, and documentation to support programmetimelines and deliverables.

• Student and Facilitator Administration & Records Management: Support student and facilitator recruitment and onboarding processes by administering forms, tracking submissions, maintaining accurate student and facilitatorrecords (e.g. passports, consent forms, medical declarations), and handlingroutine enquiries. Assist with coordination of student briefings, trainings,and attendance tracking.

• Logistics & Finance Support: Assist in coordinating logistics such asvenues, accommodation, transport, catering, printing, and preparation ofstudent and facilitator training programme materials. Support procurement andfinance processes by preparing documentation, consolidating quotations,submitting invoices and claims, and tracking payment status.

• Documentation & Post-Programme Support: Support preparation and collationof documentation related to emergency procedures, and post-programme records.Assist with post-trip administrative matters including claims submission and follow-up with relevant offices.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma in administration/business/management
• Work experience as an administrative executive in a school setting

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri:8.30am – 5.30pm

Contract Period: 11 months

Salary: $2800/month
