The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Executive to own and grow Onori's brand presence. Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

1) Oversees all daily accounting activities

We are looking for Executive to join the Clearing Operations & Settlements Department to perform post trade processing, clearing, settlements and reconciliation for Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC Margin Forex and Commodities as well as any new Business Lines. Key Responsibilities:

· Perform daily operational activities for HQ and other Singapore subsidiaries, namely:

o Ensure trades & journals are booked/loaded in back-office system accurately and promptly for processing.

o Ensure customers statements are accurate and issued on a timely manner.

o Ensure timely settlements and resolve any transactional or settlement issues.

Working Hours & Shift Arrangement
This role operates on a rotating shift basis, including Public Holidays. Shifts include morning (approximately 6:30am–7:00am start), afternoon (2:00pm–3:00pm start), and night (11:00pm start).

The position will primarily be on the morning shift. However, for training and operational coverage, the incumbent is expected to rotate across all shifts and cover afternoon or night shifts when required (e.g. during leave coverage).

You will support daily procurement activities by managing sourcing, quotations, tenders, and contracting for medical consumables, supplies, equipment, and services to ensure timely, cost-effective purchases aligned with hospital policies.
