• Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues.

• Engagement in Payments related projects/initiatives rollouts. Participate in LV testing.

• Engagement in Risk and Control initiatives and projects, not limited to control deep dives, pre-audit reviews, risk self-assessments, coordination of internal, external, and regulatory audits.

• Issue/incident and error management and the related follow up and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in payment operations processing.

• Prior experience in payment operations preferred; with knowledge on SWIFT Payment Messages (e.g., MT103/202/202cov/Pacs008/Pacs009/Pacs009COV) and relevant systems IPE, AMH, FTW, OCR++, MADAME.

• Provide LV (Live verification) support where required

• Undertake shift hours (where required) and participate in weekend/late night LVs (where required)

• Ability to work overtime (typically including, but not limited to Mondays (across weekend), post holidays, month end weeks) due to surge in volume during these periods.

• Provide SG public holiday support (where required).

• Ability to work under stress with a sense of urgency to meet cutoff times and customer’s specific SLA with zero error rate.

• Speed & Accuracy — Role requires prompt processing of transactions whilst maintaining vigilance & accuracy over the manual repairs and inputs.

• Zero tolerance for error/ambiguity – role entails posting financial transactions on daily basis; and entails high financial exposure risk.

Job Responsibilities:
The role supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group’s performance management frameworks. The role focuses on analytics, governance discipline, system enablement, and insight generation to strengthen performance differentiation, managerial effectiveness, and talent decisions.

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of annual and mid‑year performance management cycles, including calibration, governance checks, and reporting.
• Produce performance analytics and dashboards (e.g. rating distributions, trends, risk indicators) to inform senior HR and leadership discussions.
• Partner HRBPs and business stakeholders to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable interventions.
• Maintain performance management standards, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and fairness across the Group.
• Support performance‑related processes on HR systems (e.g. Workday), including data validation, issue resolution, and user guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification, automation, and enhancement of manager experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Any experience in HR analytics, performance management, or talent operations within a large organisation or financial institution would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to work confidently with data, dashboards, and senior‑level reporting.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable operating within governed, high‑stake HR processes.
