• Familiar with the concept of BIM-led Design

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in the construction industry
• BIM related specialist diploma from BCA Academy or equivalent is a must
• Complete at least one 3D BIM project, including configuration, setup and management, as well as handover of as-built model
• Strong BIM technical background and interest, desire or knowledge of BIM processes and software, including operational coding structure for BIM object
• Familiar with the latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Dynamo and other software applications
• Experience in managing key projects, including the management of multi-disciplinary project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
• This is a site-based position

Head of HR Operations & Services – APAC ex. China

This position is part of Sonova’s Global HR Operations Management Team and is responsible for leading and continuously improve the Regional HR Operations Unit which includes the delivery of HR Services and the oversight and development of the Regional HR Service Teams.  Additionally, actively participate and support the Global HR Operations growth and expansion strategies within the region

The Head HR SharedServices - APAC focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience while ensuring the right levels of efficiency.

This role will report to VP HR Operations, dot line report to Senior HR Director, APAC ex.China.

More about the role:

·         Lead and manage a team of HR Professionals responsible for delivering HR Services across the region following the defined strategy, objectives and agreements.

·         Monitors, reviews and reports on Regional HR Operations overall KPI’s and SLAs within the region.

·         Establishes and proactively manages customer relationships, including handling customer expectations and seeking feedback.

·         Drives partnership with Regional HR BPs, Local HR and HR COEs to collectively develop and improve the HR Service Delivery to our customers.

·         Oversees and drives the development of the Regional HR Operations Services team leading to a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

·         Identifies, recommends and if applicable owns continuous business process improvement of Regional HR Operations.

More about you:  

·         University degree in business administration, HR, engineering or related field

·         International work experience with at least 8 years managing a range of HR services to a large, dispersed employee population and experience in HR systems and data management.

·         Has deep content knowledge in the areas of program management, process transformation, service level measurement and management, quality, and knowledge management.

·         Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

·         Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks based on shifting business needs

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills, business acumen, critical evaluation, ethical practice and communication skills

·         Effective leadership skills that can energize multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needs

·         Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with experience inorganizing, planning, and executing large projects

·         Professional in English verbally & writing any other language beneficial

·         Highly proficient with HR systems, HR Analytics, Service Management, Delivery and Workflow Platforms, Excellent MS Office skills

Challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Promote centre programmes, courses, and ongoing promotions to customers
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to arrange trial lessons
• Conduct programme presentations and convert enquiries into enrolments
• Lead roadshow activities to generate leads and trial sign-ups
• Track and follow up on renewal cases
• Oversee daily centre operations, including scheduling, teachers, trainers, and centre activities
• Support sales target achievement and weekly lead generation targets set by management

Requirements

• 8 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
• At least 3 years in a Centre Manager or similar role
• Experience working in an enrichment centre in Singapore
