Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager - Finance & Operations to join our Finance team. In this role, the manager ensures robust financial accounting, compliance, and reporting processes. 1) Financial Accounting & Reporting:

  • Preparation and filing of resolutions, annual returns, and statutory filings to the Registry of Societies (ROS) and other matters in compliance to Charities Acts via Charity portal

  • Maintenance of statutory registers and company records
