Job Responsibilities
1. Medical Training & Clinical Governance:
Ø Deliver structured medical training and clinical guidance to partner clinics and healthcare institutions.
Ø Ensure compliance with Singapore medical regulations,ethical standards, and internal SOPs.
Ø Support safe and effective implementation of treatment protocols.
2. Clinical Evidence & Medical Affairs
Ø Support clinical studies, case collection, and real-world evidence generation.
Ø Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop medical publications and reports.
Ø Ensure proper documentation in line with regulatory and data privacy requirements.
3. KOL Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Ø Facilitate scientific exchange and gather clinical insights.
Ø Act as a medical liaison between company and healthcare professionals.
4. Scientific & Academic Activities
Ø Participate in and support local and regional medical conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Ø Contribute to development of scientific content and presentations.
5. Adverse Event Management & Risk Control
Ø Manage and follow up on adverse events (AEs) and clinical complaints.
Ø Develop preventive strategies and provide medical recommendations.
Ø Ensure timely escalation and reporting in accordance with local regulations.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Ø Provide medical training to commercial teams (sales,marketing, etc.).
Ø Support product-related medical inquiries and field feedback.
Ø Collaborate across departments to achieve business and compliance objectives.
Job Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Medicine,Life Sciences, or related field; Advanced degree (Master’s or above) preferred.
Ø Minimum 3–5 years of relevantexperience in medical affairs / medical aesthetics / clinical practice; Experiencein dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine is highly preferred.
Ø Proficient in office software,with basic literature retrieval capabilities.; Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to interpret clinical data and scientific literature.
