Required Qualifications

Education & Background

• Leveraging the most appropriate global capabilities (e.g., Centers of Excellence, Global Delivery Centers, and local practices), assets, delivery models, and methodologies to deliver optimal sales and delivery solutions

• Differentiating NTT DATA’s application services proposals through innovation, leveraging Group capabilities (e.g., CX, AI Labs, Innovation Center, Robotics Lab, Research Centres)

• Bridging market demand with skill supply plans, contributing to the development of short- and long-term recruitment and reskilling strategies to support growth

• Compiling and implementing development plans for Migration/upgrade of platform.

• Leads the scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses and assist with the decision to pursue or abort a deal.

• Manages client proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which require appropriation of appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.

• Provides coaching and mentorship to junior Technical Architects.
  

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Advanced product knowledge integrated with deep technology understanding.

• At least 10 years of experience in consulting and/or IT services;

• Having led application services projects with direct connection to business outcomes

• Experienced in strategic selling to Singapore Govt and Public Sector customers

• Being talented to blend Business perspective and Technological solutions;

• Relevant CxO relationships, preferably in Singapore, both towards business and IT stakeholders;

• Knowledgeable of Singapore Govt and Public Sector market dynamics;

• Fluent in English with excellent communication/oration skills.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology/systems or Equivalent.

• Hands on experience in any of application services topics (Application development, Application maintenance, Content Managment, CRM/ERP etc.)

• Prior Pre-sales experience with systems integrators (SI) organization is mandatory.

• Advanced track record as a developer and architect of new systems/solutions.

• Advanced client engagement and development consulting experience.

• Advanced experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.

• Advanced experience in a variety of architectures for specific domain or specialization.

• Advanced designer and development know-how.

• Advanced experience presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

• Advanced experience working in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

·       Perform root cause analysis on incidents (application, batch and connectivity) and provide a solution for remediation primarily involving H2H applications where Informatica and Axway solutions are used.

·       Prioritize defects and plan for production release based on defect criticality or align with the quarterly release

·       Work with production support and Dev teams in addressing the issues reported in production that production support can’t fully resolve.

·       Develop programs, support end-to-end testing in SIT, support UAT and prepare for deployment to production environments.

·       Maintain Production stability by ensuring deployments have completed the necessary risk and impact assessments.

·       Follow up on defect closure and meet defect closure KPI

·       Share production defect support learning with QA team and development team to improve application quality and minimize future defects

·       Verify and deploy programs and systems

·       Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

·       Recommend and execute improvements

Requirements:

Education:

·       Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

·       At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

·       You must be the experienced developer and or fix on fail/before fail, with good experience in system interfacing.

·       You will be working both in a team and independently troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the application environment

·       Work closely with the Production Support and Application Development teams in understanding addressing reported issues.

·       Your duties include troubleshooting, coding / scripting issues reported or proactively remediate before the issues impact production and work with uses in performing UAT.

·       Work will also involve supporting planned production deployment over the weekend or weekdays, in case of urgent cases

·       You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

·       Developing and deploying using Infromatica is a must

·       Axway experience will be a plus

·       Oracle, SQL,
