About the Role
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level ML Engineer to join the Model Engineering team. About The Role

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, control, and hydraulic issues during installation and testing phases.
Liaise with OEMs, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve defects and non-conformities efficiently.
Prepare commissioning checklists, test reports, and punch list closure documentation.

6. Documentation & Reporting
Review and mark up drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and issue logs for internal and client reporting.
Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.

7. Coordination with Class & Authorities
Support inspections by classification societies (ABS, DNV, BV, etc.) and flag/state authorities.
Ensure findings and comments are properly addressed and closed.

8. Travel & Regional Support
Willing and able to travel frequently within the region (e.g. Singapore, Southeast Asia, China) depending on
project needs.
Provide on-site support for multiple projects when required.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Develop and configure DeltaV control modules (CM), equipment modules (EM), and basic phase logic
• Support recipe design and configuration aligned to ISA-88 batch standards
• Assist in DeltaV protocol development, testing, and documentation
• Support commissioning, IO checks, and troubleshooting during manufacturing operations
• Work closely with process, QA, and validation teams to ensure compliant system delivery
• Support change control, system upgrades, and hypercare activities

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Emerson DeltaV within pharma/biotech manufacturing
• Strong fundamentals in control modules, equipment modules, and batch/recipe configuration
• Exposure to DeltaV protocols, testing (FAT/SAT), and commissioning activities
• Good understanding of GMP, GAMP5, and ISA-88 batch processes
• Basic knowledge of system integration (MES / PLC / ERP interfaces) is preferred
• Good troubleshooting mindset and ability to support live operations

Responsibilities

• Part of the development team on core .NET platforms, including C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Agile team members to mitigate any technical impediments.
• Provide hands-on new development as well as support, maintain, or enhance existing applications.
• Participate in production support for incidents and act as an expert technical resource to others on new technologies and design techniques.
• Enforce the reduction in duplicate processes and code.
• Communicate with project managers on a frequent basis and review and approve documentation and diagrams created by IT team members.
• Manage the queues of BUA/RTB work and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on the .NET platform, including experience with .NET 4.5.
• Must have worked in Public Sector or Gov projects.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems, web development experience, and project estimating and planning.
• Desired skills include JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and AngularJS.
• Experience working in high-performing teams through the entire development lifecycle.
• Able to commence within short notice
