• Min 10 years of program management and planning experience in the semiconductor industry (HMLV - High Mix, Low Volume).
• Excellent influencing skills to gain executive alignment and mobilize resources for successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

### About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated **MEP Project Manager** to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution ofMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our projects. This role ispivotal in ensuring that all MEP systems are delivered on time, within budget,and to the highest quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day MEP project activities,including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. 

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors,and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. 

- Review technical drawings,specifications, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. 

- Lead site inspections, quality checks,and resolve technical issues promptly. 

- Track project budgets, timelines, andprepare regular progress reports. 

- Support the adoption of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. 

### Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. 

- 8–12 years of experience in MEP projectmanagement, with exposure to large-scale developments. 

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems,construction processes, and project delivery. 

- Excellent organizational, leadership, andcommunication skills. 

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholdersand drive projects to successful completion.
