To perform effective component maintenance which includes inspection, operational test, repair, and modification (where required) of aircraft components.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of repair duties on assigned components under the general supervision of the immediate superior
• Perform repair/overhaul/modification of components according to the requirements specified by relevant approved data
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on aircraft components in accordance with manufacturer and other directives
• Perform troubleshooting, testing and operational checks on aircraft  components
• Participate in product audit exercises (where/when necessary) to ensure that Satair’s practice/repair overhaul procedure is 100% aligned with the OEM requirement
• Collaborate (where/when necessary) with Customer Service, the OEM and Satair’s management to resolve issues concerning aircraft systems modifications and repairs
• Perform requisition of materials necessary for the jobs in accordance to specified procedures
• Receive training in specific core and secondary skills to enable multi-skill level work to be performed
• Carry out good housekeeping practices and observe all Health and Safety procedures
• Participate in production planning exercises
• Participate in cross training efforts - technical training including recurrent training to other technicians
• Participate in HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) exercises as and when required
• Participate in new capability study and new capability set-up as and when requested to do so
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to the workshop, specifically in the areas of test/repair engineering and other business processes at large

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, inspections, minor cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and troubleshooting in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals and company procedures.

• Accurately update and manage repair cost estimates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of aviation maintenance experience,
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Aerospace disciplines).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service documents.
• Strong computer skills (SAP knowledge preferred).

Workshop Technician role reporting to Operations Manager performs critical Testing, Repair and Troubleshooting of Flight Control Actuations ensuring that final products are safe and meet customer expectations while keeping the repair process as effective and cost-efficient as possible.

The role and responsibility of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) is to provide Airbus Helicopters (AH) worldwide customers with Technical Assistance for their helicopter fleets.

The LAME are mechanical: B1.3 and avionic: B2 specialists type rated on Airbus Helicopters products preferably on H225.

The LAME holds an European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 66 license in order to provide technical support as follows:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks in accordance with applicable and approved documentation (Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) / Repair Design Approval Sheet (RDAS) / Service Bulletin (SB) / other Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) documentation)
• Rectification of all defects reported
• Ensure zero defect post inspection/retrofit
• Provide field services support locally
• Carry out on-the-job training of customer’s personnel, when requested
• Answer to questions by on-site customers related to the performance of the maintenance tasks (in accordance with the agreed maintenance plan)
• Give feedback in the set-up of the maintenance planning (monthly and weekly planning)
• Assist customer’s maintenance personnel in understanding and in the use of technical publications, work report & work order from Part M organization.
• Ensure, when applicable, that quality regulations are met during maintenance activities.

As part of the role, you will be be based in the customer's facility for a minimum of 9 months.

We are seeking a dedicated NDT Technician/Inspector to join our aerospace team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain valid NAS410 / EN4179 (or equivalent) Level II certification in required NDT methods.
• Perform NDT system checks, technique writing and inspections in line with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure equipment calibration and chemical consumables validity before use.
• Generate and issue NDT inspection reports with full traceability.
• Manage NDT consumables inventory (chemicals and related items), including batch number and expiry tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive NDT documentation, including techniques, chemical records, process system performance, inspection reports and job records.
• Oversee NDT facilities upkeep, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
• Maintain D1 Rating certifying staff requirements if appointed.
• Support other tasks as required by supervisors or company management.

• Qualified NDT Level 2 (ASNT/APCN Aero/NAS 410/En 4179) with MPI/FPI methods

As an Engine Technician (Disassembly and Build), you’ll repair and overhaul gas turbine engines.

The Job

· Perform disassembly, tear down and assembly of turboprop engine module parts in accordance with Engine Manual

· Use of correct, approved tools, equipment for MRO work

· Ensure that all overhaul and repair activities are carried out in accordance with engine manuals, approved technical data, regulatory requirements procedures

· Read updates on maintenance manuals, service bulletins, other specifications and regulatory requirements to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

· Liaise with Engineering and raising discrepancy report on quality non-conformances
