-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliancy
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks

. Must be able to work night shift or split shift

. Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage team
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange for replenishment of supplies when required
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and health regulations
• Conduct staff training and provide guidance to maintain high service standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Maintain proper financial and operational records, including expense tracking
• Assist in budget management, sales target setting, and revenue forecasting
• Support the planning and coordination of promotional activities, events, and functions when required
