Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise architectural works for LTA projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with consultants and client representatives to manage design drawings, submissions, and technical clarifications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and completeness
• Ensure architectural works meet specified quality standards and comply with architectural specifications
• Supervise architectural works on-site and coordinate technical matters with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors
• Manage timely submission of drawings, materials, and mock-ups for early approval

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working on LTA projects as an Architectural Coordinator
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and proactive problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to work

Job Description & Requirements

· Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans

· Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents

· Supervise the project procurement process

· Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines

· Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time

· Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables

· Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle

· Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders

· Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports

· Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables

Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the HR team to organize employee outings, team-building activities, and internal events
• Support the planning and execution of meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Manage bookings such as venue reservations for staff.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across departments.
• Handle office administration tasks, including payment of office bills and vendor coordination.
• Monitor and report any office-related matters, issues, or improvements to the HR department.
• Prepare and present expense reports, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of office expenditures.
• Manage procurement of pantry supplies and office materials, including sourcing suppliers and maintaining stock levels.
• Arrange business cards for employees, coordinating design, approvals, and printing with vendors.
• Coordinate with HR in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth welcome experience for new employees (workspace setup, materials, and initial support).

Requirements

• Diploma holder in business administration etc
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English; additional languages are a plus)

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage few teams of supervisor for daily work activities.

· Liaise with Client, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.

· Manage work progress of the work activities.

· Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.

· Preparation of monthly laterals logging update and claims documents to QS for submission to client.

· Report and discuss to Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Management or its equivalent.

· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

· Preferred Chinese speaking for our China customers.

• Attend to incoming hotline and customer enquiries professionally

• Support the planing and coordination of Marketing Campaigns, Events and Training Activities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team

• Assist with packing, shipment preparation, and LC document processing

• Prepare monthly pending sales order reports for the Accounts team

• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Training will be provided

• Min Certificate in Marketing/Communication or related field

• Proficient in using MS Office

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)

• Salary: Up to $2800
