Job Description

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. The team works closely with Hafnia's Leadership Group across three pillars to enable strategic execution, safeguard the organization through robust governance and risk oversight, and embed sustainability across the business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. During an initial transition period, the role will report directly to the Head of Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG.

This position will play a critical role in operating Hafnia's risk management framework and Corporate Compliance Program, driving compliance efforts and managing enterprise risks. It involves guiding departments and maintaining oversight on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, GDPR, and business ethics. Alexandra Hospital (AH) is seeking a motivated Research Assistant / Research Associate to support health services and clinical research. Working with a dedicated research team in AH, you will contribute throughout the research lifecycle - from protocol development to dissemination. 

Roles & Responsibilities

Core responsibilities 

• Project coordination and management, including ethics submissions and follow‑up.
• Contribute to research protocol development and study documentation.
• Primary data collection (e.g., surveys, interviews, chart reviews) and data entry, basic data cleaning, and preliminary analyses.
• Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative analysis under supervision.
• Undertake literature reviews, including systematic reviews.

Additional / advanced responsibilities (experienced RA):

• Specialised skills in health economics evaluation/ implementation research/AI in health/ health services outcomes research will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences, public health, life sciences, psychology, social sciences, or related fields.
• At least two years’ work experience, ideally in health‑related research.
• Experience using Stata, SPSS, and/or NVivo.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Track record of publication (e.g., authorship on scientific papers).

Job Description:

• Responsible for all activities on the project, the field team and people on site ensuring that quality and safety standards are not compromised.
• Projects must be delivered on time, oversee budget and cost control and in accordance with the contract scopes and specifications.

Job Requirements:
