LEGAL EXECUTIVE (IN-HOUSE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Applied law and appropriate policy to prepare and review business documents, legal and commercial contracts including business terms, representations and warranties, termination and indemnification and ability to suggest business relevant, viable alternative to problematic contract issues

• Accountable for being a custodian for all legal contracts, updating, filing and ensuring that the contracts list is consistently updated

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Public Area Supervisor to be part of the team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our Resort meets the exceptional standards of cleanliness which is expected of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee and where necessary, undertake the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces. Such tasks include but are not limited to sanitizing, dusting, cleaning and other related duties.

Job Requirements
