1. Safety

2. Quality Control

3. Equipment and Fueling Operations

• To carry out daily mobile equipment serviceability checks including checking and topping up engine oil, fuel, radiator and battery water.
• Serviceability checks also include equipment like lights, horns, wipers, engine, chassis, pumps, filters, pipes, couplings / nozzles, valves, bonding, brake interlocks, fire extinguishers, hoses, emergency shut-off system and filter water separators / monitors. Due to growth, we’re looking for Pest Control Technicians to join our team. As part of your role, you are responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and applying appropriate treatments to eliminate and prevent pests. This role requires safe handling of chemicals, strong customer service skills, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

·        Execute pest control methods to identify pest activity to determine appropriate pest control methods based on infestation type and severity

·        Advise customers on pest prevention methods and hygiene improvements

·        Monitor treated areas and conduct follow-up visits as required

·        Maintain accurate service records, treatment reports, and compliance documentation

·        Safely handle, transport, and store chemicals and equipment in good working conditions

·        Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests

Job Description

We are seeking a Technician to support preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and analyser systems at site. This role is open to mid‑career individuals and career switchers who are interested in developing or continuing a technical career in an industrial or essential services environment.

Candidates will be assessed fairly based on skills, relevant experience, and job‑related competencies, in line with Singapore’s Fair Consideration Framework (FCF). Training and on‑the‑job guidance will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance (PM/BM) for instrumentation and analyser systems installed on site.
• Carry out maintenance, calibration, inspection, and troubleshooting of analysers, including pH, Turbidity, Conductivity, ORP, Ammonia, Fluoride, TOC, gas sensors, and Chlorine analysers.
• Maintain and service field instruments, such as level, flow, and pressure transmitters; pressure, level, flow and limit switches; actuators; solenoid valves; air valves (AV); and flow control valves (FCV).
• Support Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) arrangements and ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with approved permits and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret RIO panel drawings, instrumentation schematics, and technical manuals for maintenance and fault‑finding.
• Attend to ad‑hoc site works and support daily operational requirements as assigned.
• Comply with all safety procedures, work instructions, and site regulations.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, inspections, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in instrumentation, electrical, industrial plant, utilities, facilities management, or related environments is preferred.
• Candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered, especially those with relevant technical training, hands‑on exposure, or strong interest in developing a technical career.
• Candidates with relevant working experience but no formal technical certification will be considered.
• Candidates with technical certification (e.g. ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma) but limited working experience will also be considered, with training provided.
• Experience in waterworks, water treatment, utilities, or industrial plant environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of process instrumentation, control systems, and field devices.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, panel layouts, and manuals.
• Willingness to work on site and comply with safety and Permit‑to‑Work requirements.
• Team‑oriented, responsible, and safety‑conscious work attitude.

Contract Period: From 17 Aug 2026 to 16 Aug 2028.

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

Scope of Services

a. Resource Management

• Manage Science Lab inventory (stock-taking, replenishment, repairs)
• Liaise with vendors for procurement (support HOD Science)
• Organise and label lab resources
• Assist teachers with student discussions
• Maintain cleanliness of labs

b. Resource Preparation

• Coordinate teachers’ loan requests
• Prepare and set up lab materials per lesson requirements
• Handle printing/photocopying
• Prepare teaching aids (cutting, lamination)

Administrative

• Support ad-hoc admin tasks and resource preparation as required.

Requirement:

preferably have the following qualifications:

GCE 'N'/’O’ Level Certificate

Minimally 1 year of working experience in Primary School Science Lab
