• Minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant experience OR internal certification as a Server after successful completion of at least 3 months of employment.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work independently and demonstrate professionalism.

• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.

• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Key Deliverables:

• Demonstrate full menu mastery, storytelling capability, and competency in buzzer clearing and food running before handling a station independently.

• Manage an assigned station efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards and handling multiple tables seamlessly.

• Consistently drive sales by confidently recommending dishes, promoting add-ons, and delivering engaging menu storytelling that enhances the guest experience.

• Effectively mentor and train new servers by sharing best practices in service execution, menu knowledge, and customer engagement.

• Maintain station cleanliness and organization, coordinate smoothly with kitchen and support teams, and resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
