Job Description:

Global Funding (Treasury) technology team is looking for a senior engineer to join our team. The role will cover Development as well as Level 3 support within the APAC team. The team is working on multiple deliverables, and you will therefore need to be agile in moving between roles and projects.

As an example, with the developer role, we are currently building a new modern trade entry platform that covers FX, Money Market products from trade capture through to settlement to enable us to decommission a legacy platform.

The Software Control Engineer in NPDI MTS Singapore is responsible for the design, development, validation, and support of software control systems for HP measurement and test tools used in New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI). The role focuses on system‑level software that interfaces with electrical, mechanical, and vision subsystems to ensure accurate measurement, reliable operation, and successful product qualification and ramp.

Key Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY 

The Senior Manager, Digital + Tech Transformation Revenue Management & Reservations, APEC plays a critical role in Marriott’s Digital and Technology Transformation, reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Strategy & Reservations Field Support, APEC] with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Commerce Support, Business Transformation Office, APEC+GC.

This role will provide a bridge between current and future hotel revenue management, guiding deploying hotels on the new systems and business processes that support the commercial hotel strategy to ensure a smooth transition and cutover. This role combines deep expertise in hotel revenue management with advanced training delivery skills, ensuring that property teams are fully prepared to optimize ACRS and One Yield functionality and drive revenue performance from day one. 

To accomplish this, the Senior Manager, Digital + Tech Transformation Revenue Management, APEC will develop subject matter expertise covering the end-to-end systems and processes that associates will use to deliver commercial hotel strategies, including Amadeus CRS, One Yield Evolution, Opera Cloud PMS, Opera Sales and Event Solution (OSEM), and use that knowledge to support hotel revenue teams across the continent. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of existing revenue management, loyalty revenue management and reservations processes within the continent and the systems that support it, including MARSHA, One Yield, Opera PMS, Opera S&C, CI/TY, SFAWeb/GPO, EMPOWER ResApp, and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program with the focus on Revenue Management. Furthermore, the role will understand the shift from MARSHA to Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS), and the effects of the change on Revenue Management tasks and processes including rate and price plans, overbooking strategy, guaranteed attributes, non-room products, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

End-to-End Testing and Business Process Validation: 

• Contribute to end-to-end business process validation testing for the discipline, ACRS, One Yield Evolution, Opera Cloud PMS and Opera OSEM.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Business Support plays a key role in driving operational excellence and enabling sales effectiveness. This role oversees business support functions, ensures seamless coordination across stakeholders, and enhances internal processes to support revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team, vendors, and customers while taking ownership of operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales support operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and scalable processes
• Lead and manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including vendor coordination, order tracking, and delivery fulfillment
• Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards
• Drive process improvements and streamline administrative workflows to enhance team productivity
• Manage documentation, reporting, and record-keeping systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members (if applicable), ensuring consistency in operations and service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to support business objectives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making
• Handle escalations and resolve complex operational or customer issues
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to sales support or business operations
• Proven ability to manage processes, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently while leading initiatives and supporting team performance
• High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

One of our client (a leading bank of Singapore) is undertaking a strategic upgrade of its Murex MX.3 platform to enhance system resilience, support new product capabilities, and align with evolving regulatory and operational requirements.

This initiative includes upgrading from version 3.1.42.48b to 3.1.6x.x, onboarding the EQA and OSP Excess modules, and implementing comprehensive reconciliation, testing automation, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities
• Understand requirements and prepare solution design document

• Participate in MLC configuration and development

• Help in implementing New and Amendment of risk formulae as per the business requirement.

• Create and Enhance LTS LRB Task

• Build/Maintain MLC Datamart Reports

• Scripting for EOD jobs

• Trade life cycle and workflow enhancement (where required)

• Prepare documentation of the changes

• Perform SIT and regression testing.

• Support user testing (UAT) phase

• Support release activities

• Support for post-deployment activities

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Murex Credit Risk report development

• Experience in Murex Development

• Experience in Simulation-based Reports and Risk Matrix-based reports, complex reports would be required

• Good exposure dynamic tables, pre and post filters, feeders, batch of feeders, extractions, reporting tables, and processing scripts

• SQL based reports and extractions

• Optimization of feeders and reports would be an advantage

• Ability to work proactively, independently when necessary, and display strong initiative.
