Role Profile

The role supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group’sperformance management frameworks. The role focuses on analytics, governance discipline, system enablement, and insight generation to strengthen performance differentiation, managerial effectiveness, and talent decisions.

KeyResponsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of annual and mid‑year performance management cycles, including calibration, governance checks, and reporting.
