Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centred primary care in an HSG/CHAS/MediSave-accredited clinic with good patient footfall from the surrounding neighbourhood.
• Consult, assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
• Manage common acute conditions (e.g., URTI, fever, minor injuries).
• Provide ongoing care for chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol).
• Prescribe medications and arrange basic investigations when needed.
• Review results and follow up with patients.
• Provide preventive care (screening, vaccinations, health advice).
• Refer patients to specialists/hospitals when required.
• Maintain proper medical records and documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time General Manager to lead operations, build our brand, and foster community engagement in a small, dynamic bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations, ensuring high product quality, staff training, and excellent customer satisfaction

• Manage HR functions including payroll and Front-of-House hiring to maintain a skilled and motivated team

• Oversee internal accounting tasks such as processing invoices and managing profit and loss statements

• Identify and implement improvements to operational and backend processes for business efficiency

• Train and supervise Front-of-House staff to maintain service standards and team performance, should the need arise

• Enforce compliance with company SOPs, government regulations, food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control

• Manage inventory and plan Front-of-House stock to ensure smooth operations

• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints tactfully

• Work independently and collaboratively to lead, motivate, and manage team members effectively

• Demonstrate initiative, punctuality, diligence, and adaptability to meet the demands of a fast-paced start-up environment

• Commit to a minimum one-year tenure to support business continuity and growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in F&B

• At least 3 years’ experience in Front-of-House customer service in a fast-paced F&B setting

• Comfortable working in a start-up environment with exposure to multiple business areas including HR, marketing, and accounting

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills, with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage people and lead teams through challenges)
