Objectives of this role

• Oversee the review and permitting processes for national and local agencies

• To communicate and work closely with external supplier sand internal stakeholders (Procurement, Warehouse and Manufacturing) on supplier/material qualification related projects, material quality related issues. • Implement quality inspection standards on incoming and outgoing inspections
• Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) , non-conformance investigation reports and customer complaints and publish reports on quality performance
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness
• Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms etc) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review

• Review audit findings and develop action plans to drive continuous improvements

Job Requirements:
